We proudly offer shipping services across India and we are doing everything in our power to get your order to you as soon as possible. Please consider any holidays that might impact delivery times. 1. Shipping All orders are processed and shipped out in 1–2 business days, with delivery typically completed in 3–8 business days depending on your location. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days; in that case we will contact you by email. 2. Wrong address It is the customer's responsibility to make sure that the shipping address entered at checkout is correct. We do our best to speed up processing and shipping time, so there is always only a small window to correct an incorrect address. Undeliverable orders Orders that are returned to us as undeliverable because of incorrect shipping information may be subject to a restocking fee, to be determined by us at our sole discretion. 4. Lost or stolen packages Ascendyl is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after the courier confirms delivery. If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered to your address but you have not received it, please contact Ascendyl204@gmail.com within 48 hours so we can raise a query with the courier, and report it to your local authorities if required. 5. Out-of-stock items In the event one or more items in your order is out of stock, we will wait for all items to be available before dispatching the order. If you would prefer a partial dispatch or refund of the unavailable item, write to Ascendyl204@gmail.com. 6. Shipping charges Shipping charges for orders placed on ascendyl.in are calculated based on factors such as order value, delivery location, product weight and applicable logistics costs. • Free shipping — we may offer free shipping on select orders, promotional campaigns, or above a specified order value. Such offers will be clearly displayed on the website. • Standard shipping — for orders that do not qualify for free shipping, applicable shipping charges will be displayed at checkout before payment is completed. • Location-based — shipping charges may vary depending on the delivery address, especially for remote or hard-to-reach areas. • Additional charges — in certain cases, additional charges such as Cash on Delivery (COD) handling fees may apply.
